Delivery terms
After receiving your payment through PayPal, we will send the PDF or DJVU file within 48 hours to you by e-mail
to the e-mail address that is registered in your PayPal account.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that you have plenty of free space in the mailbox.
Also make sure that your e-mail address is correct and is not blocked in any way.
If you or your provider use a SPAM filter, make sure that our e-mail address as mentioned in the PayPal receipt,
is not blocked.
If you do not receive the PDF or DJVU file within 48 hours, you cannot receive our e-mail due to your SPAM filter.
BE AWARE! In that case there is no way for us to contact you!
No refunds are given when we cannot deliver the PDF or DJVU file because:
we did not receive a valid e-mail address
the given e-mail address is blocked in any way
our e-mail address and/or provider is blocked in any way
there is insufficient free space in the mailbox of the given e-mail address
